Final Plat

A plat which incorporates all revisions or corrections deemed necessary by the Planning and Development Commission in the Preliminary Plat and which is used for recording purposes after all improvements pertaining to the Preliminary Plat have been installed and approved.

**The Final Plat process involves review and approvals from outside agencies.  Time frame for approvals vary depending on the proposed subdivision.**

Applications / Required Documents
An applicant/developer who wishes to acquire building permits or sell lots before Final Plat Approval may do so through an Irrevocable Letter of Credit and Agreement.  However, occupancy of a dwelling or building may not occur until all required improvements covered by the Letter of Credit are in place and approved by the County. For additional information, please contact our office.
