Clerk of Court “Unclaimed Funds” List
All persons who are listed on the Clerk of Court “Unclaimed Fund” List should report to the Clerk of Court-Payments Office, located at the Spartanburg County Judicial Center, 180 Magnolia Street, Room Number 514, with proper identification such as, photo ID, Social Security Number, & former and current addresses for verification.
Once verification has been established, a check will be mailed to the verified address.
No checks will be given out in person.
